  • ✔ Open Catering Policy - Choose any licensed, insured, full-service caterer that fits your vision. Whether you want a plated dinner, buffet, or food stations, you have full control over your menu. A prep kitchen and catering setup area are available for seamless service.

    ✔ Caterers Must Be Licensed, Insured, and Full Service - A 20% catering fee applies to the food total on your caterer’s invoice (minimum $1,000). Keep in mind it is just the food total and excludes other items such as taxes, fees, labor, tableware, etc…Your caterer handles all food prep, service staff, and cleanup, ensuring a smooth experience.

    ✔ In-House Beverage – Flexible Bar Options - As a licensed venue, we offer open bar, cash bar, or hybrid options to fit your needs. Customize with:

    Bulk alcohol purchases (bottles/kegs).

    Set a budget for an open bar that converts to cash bar when reached.

    Drink tickets for controlled beverage service.

    Professional bartenders We’ll need to make sure the bar is a seamless experience. We’ll add in bartenders ($37.50/hr, one per 100 guests) based on the time you have a bar.

    All alcohol must be provided and served by our in-house team.

    ✔ Vendor Flexibility – No Additional Fees - Bring in your preferred vendors—florists, planners, entertainment, décor, and more—at no extra cost. Personalize the space to fit your unique style. Need suggestions? We have a network of trusted vendors who know our space and deliver exceptional service. Our event pros have years of experience working with these vendors through a vast array of styles and budget points.

  • We offer straightforward pricing with no hidden fees, so you can plan with confidence. Your taxes and fees are included in the price.

    Peak Season (May - October)

    • Monday - Wednesday: $3,200

    • Thursday: $4,000

    • Friday: $6,000

    • Saturday: $7,000

    • Sunday: $5,000

  • We offer straightforward pricing with no hidden fees, so you can plan with confidence. Your taxes and fees are included in the price.

    Off-Peak Season (November - April)

    • Monday - Wednesday: $2,700

    • Thursday: $3,200

    • Friday: $5,400

    • Saturday: $6,300

    • Sunday: $4,500

  • Professional bartenders ($37.50/hr, one per 100 guests) for seamless service. Required and provided in-house via our license.

    Taxes - we’re required to add the tax rates for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We’ll be sure to add this to the quote for your convenience.

    Beer & Wine Package - $9.95 per guest for the first hour | $6.00 per guest for each additional hour - please inquire for menu selections

    Beer, Wine & Spirits Package - $13.95 per guest for the first hour | $8.00 per guest for each additional hour - please inquire for menu selections

    Unlimited Water, Soda & Juice - $600 for events with 250 guests or fewer - $800 for events with 251+ guests

    Kegs of Beer - $495 per keg (wide variety of domestic & international selections available)

    Drink Tickets - $9 per drink ticket (valid for standard drinks)

    Other options: Bulk alcohol purchases (bottles/kegs). Set a budget for an open bar that converts to cash bar when reached.

  • 🔍Let’s Recap – Simple, Clear, No Surprises Pricing - You’ve seen everything St. Paul Event Center has to offer—now here’s a quick breakdown and recap of everything above so you know exactly what to expect for cost:

    ☑️ Venue rental – One flat rate, taxes and fees included.

    ☑️ Catering fee – 20% of your caterer’s food total, with a $1,000 minimum.

    ☑️ Bar service – If you’re serving drinks, our in-house bartenders are required and keep things flowing smoothly. Also keep in mind the costs of any drinks you are providing your guests with the pricing from above. We’ll also need to add the applicable taxes. All provided in-house with our license requirement.
