With the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation developing quickly, we believe it’s important to be transparent about how St. Paul Event Center is responding to the outbreak. Our philosophy as a business is to approach this situation with empathy and urgency; St. Paul Event Center’s top priority is the health and safety of our employees and of the communities we serve, including our customers, partners, prospects, and candidates. Given how rapidly the outbreak is evolving, we expect, and are prepared, to iterate on our approach constantly to ensure the health and safety of our employees and community. The information below is reflective of our guidelines and practices as of March 26, 2020. We will update this post accordingly to reflect any fundamental changes to our plan.
St. Paul Event Center has rescheduled several large-scale upcoming events. We’re optimistic that coronavirus will be contained before summer, but we wouldn’t be event organizers if we weren’t planning for every possibility. This is why we are working with our clients to reschedule their event’s at no cost.
We do still have some 2020 dates still available to accommodate cancelled/postponed events. We encourage you to continue planning so we can host some knock-out parties with you on the other side!
To care for the health and well-being of our staff and you, our clients, we are offering full virtual tours of our space by one of our wonderful Sales & Events Managers!
Moving forward, we will be following guidance from city, state and federal agencies, and keeping this page up to date as things evolve. We hope to open our doors to you again SOON!
