Freedom to Choose Your Caterer
We believe in giving you the freedom to personalize your event. You’re welcome to select any licensed and insured caterer to provide food services for your event. Whether you’re dreaming of a sophisticated plated meal or a flavorful buffet, our approach ensures you can choose the right fit for your style and preferences from cuisine around the world!

Catering Fee and Inclusions
A 20% fee will be applied to the final food total from your caterer’s invoice, with a minimum fee of $1,000. This fee is calculated solely on the food cost and excludes other items such as servers, tableware, taxes, or additional fees.

Here’s what this fee includes:

Use of the venue’s prep kitchen.
Utilities such as water and electricity.
Post-event trash removal.
Vendor coordination to ensure a smooth setup and service experience.

Service Requirements
For events featuring a buffet or plated meal, serving staff is required, and these costs will be arranged directly with your caterer. This ensures efficient service and an exceptional dining experience for your guests.

Optional Catering Assistance
To simplify planning, we offer two options for additional support:

Caterer Recommendations: Based on your food preferences and budget, we can suggest experienced caterers familiar with our venue.
Full-Service Coordination: If preferred, we can arrange catering services on your behalf, adding the costs to your final venue invoice for easy selection and payment.
